What I needed delivered was fragile. This company was highly recommended as a safe pair of hands by the auction house I bought from. Big mistake. I had to keep chasing and chasing to get any news about the delivery date. Multiple excuses about multiple delays to the delivery time. Which might have been ok if they’d delivered my fragile piece unbroken rather than shattered into multiple pieces. I am still waiting on another delivery - god knows if it will arrive in one piece or, indeed, at all.

Poor customer service. Called up to try arrange a time to pick up my parcel and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently it's "not his problem".

Would give a negative rating if I could. I would echo the negative experience that another reviewer had. I am of the opinion that I was overcharged. I believe that the operator “padded up” postage cost by not disclosing the breakdown of the delivery charges and excessively charging for items that I was not aware of. After I was made aware of another courier company, I was shocked to see that they charged less than half the price of what I was charged. I am never using this particular franchisor again and would urge anyone to avoid them as well. If you do use this franchisor, make sure that they give you a detailed breakdown of what constitutes the postage cost. I agree that the operator seems polite and smiles but that is to hide in my opinion their true intent. As for the “happy” customers, next time ask for a breakdown of the charges and see if there is any extra “padding” or excessive charges included or some undisclosed items.

Johnny and his team are always professional and helpful and we always recommend them to our customers. Highly recommended a pleasure to work with , always polite and smiling which is a breath of fresh air these days .
