Pact Heating & Cooling

This company installed our heating and refrigerated cooling ten years ago and we have had nothing but trouble since. Luckily, the units were under warrantly so they had to come out each time one of them stopped working. They tried to blame the manufacturer of these units but we now know that the installation and workmanship has always been the problem. The final straw was when one of the units stopped again last year and once again, we called them out. He then proceeded to tell us that the unit could not be repaired and we needed to buy another unit that would cost around $7,000. Funnily enough, the warranty had expired. Luckily, we had a refrigeration mechanic over the next week to fix our fridge and got him to have a look at the unit. The problem, a $30 fuse which he replaced and it's been working fine ever since!!!!!

Great to deal with and very professional. Very happy with the product suggested and installed. Heats and cools the house very well.
