I do not recommend this business for repairs of vehicles. Management of the place said that they wouldnt quote me on a job unless they were going to be given the job. Basically, i'd have to believe whatever they told me was wrong with the car & then trust them on it for the cost/price & workmanship. Unprofessional. I let my money do the walking on this job & went to another smash repair down the road. What a joke.

My mechanic recommend this place, I don't know why!

My car had been reversed into by a truck it had to have the bonnet, grill, bumper and radiator replaced. A month after getting my car back and a trip to Melbourne my car started shaking and cutting out, Nrma came and towed me to my new mechanic, when they checked the engine oil it was non existent , there was no leak they couldn't work it out. When I collected car I mentioned that it had a new radiator installed, they all said omg it had been emptied (properly by accident) when disconnected from radiator and never checked from the smash repairer and how lucky I was not to have done serious damage to my engine. As if this wasn't bad enough a couple of months ago my lower bumper got caught on a parking hump and showed that they had only glued the spilt together from the inside not replaced it as they had stated. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
