A new destination to pamper your pets. We love what we do so we love your pet. Pet grooming with love.As a Paddington local working part time, with two school aged children, two dogs and assorted reptiles, I had my hands full. At the end of a busy day, if I had not made it to a pet shop as planned, my dogs would often miss out on the quality food I preferred to feed them. I saw there was a niche in the market for a locally based pet store providing quality food and accessories. I established Paddo Pets to bring a local little piece of paradise for pets!
In the eight years since the store first opened, I have been delighted by the response of our customers. Many will just come to chat about their pet, or suggest items they think I might like to stock. The store has grown with a grooming salon, puppy school and website.
Good customer service is the ethos of Paddo Pets. As a team we strive to provide positive and friendly customer service.

Being entrusted with your pet is something we take very seriously at Paddo Pets. Each person and each pet is unique and we try our hardest to accommodate the needs and wishes of each client.
Our washing service includes a hydro bath, blow dry, brush and ear cleaning. Our grooming service includes nail clipping and styling with scissors and blades.

Horrible twice in a row!! I took my dog there a few month ago with two specific guidelines do not cut her face and tail the dog groomer must have forgotten or miss understood and cut it very short and also left the ears completely uneven I spoke to the owner who sincerely apologized (explaining she had two groomers this one next time to come when the others groomer is on) and promised me it will never happen again and told me to come to try again free of charge next time so I did thinking to myself mistakes happens will give them another try ... when I came back the owner know who I was and went with me to the groomers section to explain to them to not cut my dogs hair on the face and tail also the owner showed her pictures(which I provided her two month prior) of the mess the last groomer made on my dog's cut and explain to her not to cut her face and tail when I came back hours later my dog was shaved super short to the skin in parts of her body and ...read more
THE BEST dog groomer! After a few awful experiences, after a recommendation, we now drive from Mosman to Paddington to use Paddo Pets. Sharon and her staff are delightful but more importantly our puppy is happy. Unlike other groomers, they LISTEN to what you want, don't take six weeks to book in and they care about your pet.
