As a local I like to support local business, but after the very poor and not so polite service received from one very regular staff member, I will never step foot in this bookshop again.
I agree the owner was very rude and not helpful at all. Nor will I be entering into this business again nor recommended it. It’s disappointing to see as this is not good for local/tourism trade.
