My experience at Painfit was delightful. I have been to other pilates classes, however they have not reached the level of attention and dedication I found at Painfit. Beck, our instructor, is highly knowledgeable and caring. Independently of your fitness level you will find no judgement there. She will work with you to achieve your optimum fitness level. The equipment is of high standard. The stuff in general is welcoming and make you feel at ease from the time you step in their premises. If you are looking for a place to get better and feel right at home, Painfit is the way to go. I am looking for my next class already. Thanks Painfit.
