I see Dr. Marshall at this clinic & she is most helpful, considerate and to me, appears to have a genuine interest in helping me achieve optimal health. She takes her time, never rushes me out and always explains the host of options available to me in dealing with any of my health needs. She is very thorough, although never pushy and I appreciate her expertise.
The staff on the reception desk are lovely & are always smiling & laughing, making every effort to schedule an appropriate appointment time to accommodate for my needs.
One doctor there seemed judgemental & intrusive, so I switched over to Dr. Marshall & couldn't be happier.
Helpful that pathology is on site. The clinic also seems to have good relationships with other nearby services, such as radiology and physiotherapy.
I have seen Dr Marshall on a few occasions when Dr Mc Cann is unavailable (or Dr Vera for women's stuff) ,but I found Dr Marshall to be a little cold and she didn't listen to me but I have had to see her again and she's brightened up a bit! Not my Dr of choice though. I agree with one of the comments, why do we have to wait for a repeat prescription, that can be written out and left at the desk. My old Dr in Mordialloc did this all the time. Ok, it was a fee of $5 but who cares, as long as you don't have to wait around. Also, also when a test is done, why can't the Drs ring and let you know the results? Specialist do this because they value there patients. I think most Drs are in it for the money and really don't care!
First impression at this clinic: ver nice new clinic with less waiting times.
First doctor saw: the most uninformed, awful, referred me to a paediatrician who wasted my times & my $350 for an antibiotic prescription of which the doctor could of issued one to me prior!!!
Extremely unhappy client!!
