In my books the best place for yum Cha. The prawn and chive dumplings is a favourite. Ask the waiter for the king prawn dumplings that are prepared at a little steaming station, they come with a soy and coriander dipping sauce and it is just brilliant.
Stopped by for Sunday Yum Cha! We got seated towards the back on the raised section and my first thought was oh no the food trolleys wouldn't be visiting our end as much! Boy was I wrong. As soon as we sat down there was a dumpling trolley at our table within a minute. We got the usual ones and also got a spicy prawn one I hadn't got before at my other usual yum Cha place in Chinatown.
Food trolleys were pretty regular on our end. We even got a waitress to ask if we wanted the steamed vegetables..ah of course!
Staff were very attentive and helpful. A few different items we sampled that we normally never get.
Overall, it was a great first time visit!
Due to close proximity to the CBD area, the place is regularly busy even during weekdays especially lunch breaks. The area does not seem as big as the ones I frequent at Chinatown, so make sure to arrive quite early to get a table.

Great Yum Cha and a good alternative if you're looking to mix it up from dining at Sky Phoenix. The food is fresh and comes quickly. However, it can be a 30 or so minute wait to get a table if you have a few people with you and it's right on lunch time. It gets very busy midweek
