Palace Cinema Como

Well, this cinema is much easier to get to than some of the other Palace cinemas about the place, but honestly, it really isn’t one of my favourites. Maybe it has more to do with it being in a part of South Yarra that I really don’t particularly like namely because it tends to be rather dead, especially on Sundays. The cinema is okay, namely because they do have some very interesting shows on, but still, it has more to do with what else is around.

The staff have a ball. Offer advice on movies and timing. Love the glass measurement system! Really, the people watching in the bar/lounge is better than the movies themselves. Let's just say that the kids have grown up and we're out on town again. Be it a new partner or a re-kindling of those days with a bit of role play, Como after dark is where the Toorak set come out to play.

beautiful posh cinema at como centre but prices are more expensive than mainstream cinemas, super comfortable chairs, chandeliers in foyer, toilets immaculate, licensed bar in foyer. not easy to park nearby, show more arthouse movies such as foreign language films too

Went there again recently, love the home made ice creams and the cinema was very very clean. Staff were friendly and the quality of the project and sound excellent. Great to see those independent films that the larger chains do not distribute. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, quality cinema experience. This is a fabulous place to go and see a movie with a very luxurious feel to the whole establishment.
