Boarded my 2 dogs recently for 2 weeks. They were very professional. They let me know when they were having a problem with one of the boys eating but they tried many different foods and got him eating and settled. They kept me informed which I liked. The boys left very happy & jumped all over the owners of Palane when we left. Will be using them again
I was recommended Palane Kennels by a friend & used them recently to board my Cocker spaniel Barney during some very hot weather. The Kennels were lovely and cool. The people were very nice. My dog came home in very good condition. I paid the extra to have him bathed, so he actually came home looking much better than when I took him there! I will certainly use their services again.
We visited the Blue Mountains recently and the guesthouse we stayed at would not allow dogs, so we used the services of Palane for my little fellow. We found them to be very friendly and accommodating (my dog is on medication which they were happy to administer). When we picked him up he seemed to have really enjoyed his stay and actually pulled me to go back to the kennels.
We use Palane regularly (at east once a month) to board my Golden Retriever for both long & short stays, and have done for 8 years. I have been very happy with their service. Our boy is very well looked after and always comes home happy in good spirits and in good weight. He seems to really enjoy his stays too, because he gets very excited and starts barking as we drive up towards Palane. I find their prices reasonable and we are pleased to continue using their Service.
We had a similar experience like the review below. We left our dog for a couple of days and picked him up to find him with his eyes wide open, a little wobbly in the back legs and slightly disoriented. Completely out of character. The only other time I've seen him like this was when he came back from the vets after being under anaesthetic. I spoke to Palane and they assured me he hadn't been given anything. Hard to know, but VERY worrying.
