I went there today for lunch and sadly my experience was not so good. After waiting for what i believed was 45 mins I went in to see how long our meals would be (my 1hr lunch break had already been used up) i was told our meals would be next. I commented that perhaps in future they should advise ppl if there is going to be a long wait (as ppl go during their lunch breaks) and was told that i can look around and see for myself that its busy and should expect a wait. I explained that yes i could see there were ppl there but a 45 min wait was outside my expectations... I was then told that it was actually only 35min wait according to the docket as if that was to make it better.. Our meals then came out without cutlery and were cold.
