I was shocked to read a negative review about this builder. I have built two homes with Palm Homes and have only positive things to say about the their expertise and the quality of their build. We were in constant contact with Joe during the whole process and he was only too happy meet up with us late of an evening to answer any queries. From our positive experiences, many of our family and friends have built with Palm Homes. If you want quality built home without the additional hassles, I highly recommend Palm Homes.

Joe at Palm Homes has built our family home and we were impressed with the quality of inclusions and the quality of workmanship. We have been recommending Palm Homes to our clients looking for a builder that would build high quality homes and Joe has always received praise for his workmanship, If you are looking for a builder to build your home, we would recommend that you contact Joe at Palm Homes as he will build a high quality home that will you will be extremely proud of.

Do not, under any circumstances, hire Palm Homes to build your house. I made that mistake and am now paying for it. I was warned about them by another person but didn't listen and went ahead and signed a contract with them anyway. Management, asked me what colour I wanted the concrete for my driveway and path around the house and after I told them they went ahead and laid down the concrete in a completely different colour. They then asked me what colour I wanted the interior of my house painted in and I said Dulux "white on white". They then went out and hired somebody who painted it in another colour (I don't have a clue what it is). They don't know what they're doing. I have an entire list of problems that need to be fixed. Palm Homes claim that they owe me money but in actual fact it's the other way around.
