The staff are absolutely wonderful. They never hesitate to give you a lift or help you with anything whatsoever.
There are shuttles that drive around the place picking stray guests up and taking them to where they want to go which was very helpful, especially at night.
The rooms are also excellent, very good quality and housekeeping are great.
Keep in mind that the grounds are massive and It's very easy to get lost and tired from walking so much. They do have bikes that are of complimentary hire which is a great (free) investment for your stay.
