We used to be regular customers of the pizza place a few doors down from Paloma, but since going there in the last couple of months under the new ownership, it has become my pizza of choice. I don't remember the last time I had such delicious, generously topped pizzas with FRESH ingredients. The pizzas cost slightly more than their local competitors but it's totally worth it. I usually buy extra to eat the next day and the dough stays light and fresh. I haven't experienced that before with any other pizza restaurant. I know the owner is fussy about her ingredients and for that I am grateful. Paloma pizzas are delicious and FILLING! 2 pieces is enough for me compared to the 4 I usually ate from other sellers. I was headed to the chicken shop this evening but the smell from Paloma brought me in. The lady said to me "This is your first visit to our restaurant isn't it." I said it was. She said to me "I could tell because you're waiting patiently. Once our customers have tried our pizza, they can't wait." Boy, was she right. The pizzas were absolutely loaded with toppings. I mean several inches thick. They were so good I almost got back in the car to buy more, but they are so filling I couldn't have had another bite. Will definitely return. Great service and fantastic pizza.
