I went to this Salon for Keratin treatment and am really not satisfied with results.
I asked owner to upload pics of before & after results she denied and said she doesn't need to know from client what she has to do. Which was quiet shoking.. :O
where as i did not ask for refund or anything.I want to let them know that their service and product did not worked well but they have big Ego problem so not ready to listen.
I give Zero rating to this salon.

I went to get my hair done after taking scoopon. Splendid experience; the hairdresser heard me out well and gave suggestions to what could be done... loved the color used.. the product were fab (KEUNE). Highly recommend this product.
This is my forever salon now. My hair looks great!
I went in to get a balyage done and a cut and blow wave, and they didn't cut it properly it was all different lengths, then the colour was so horribly blended and looked so cheap, the blow wave was a joke. Absolute worse service I've ever seen. Lazy people that's what they are. So when I got home I called the management they didn't even care, they said they will speak to the staff that did my hair and call me back and they never did.

It would be much appreciated if you didn't pass on fake reviews. We have spoken to you and you were the one who praised the hairdresser then and their. Even wanted to buy our treatment... but you had no money. If all the services were bad why were you happy at the salon. All the point that you qouted; i spoke to you about them and you kept saying "Oh yeah! that was fine... but this" ... when i spoke about that; you had the same thing "Oh yeah! that was fine, but this"...
You were just trying to get the money back after getting all the service. I am pretty sure if you get a haircut.. u realise it good or bad then and there... you do not wait for good 12 hours.
SO STOP FAKING REVIEWS... just coz you want your money back for your trip that you want to go to!!
