Pam-Purred Place Pets

We are very very grateful to Janelle and Pam for providing such wonderful accommodation for our dog Louie. Their customer service is excellent and they were very patient and helpful when we were coming from a distance with some navigational issues (travelling country roads without gps, not recommended!). I highly recommend them.

What an amazing place for our two family woofers to spend their time away from us. On the recommendation from my Mum; and she is as picky as I am. Booked them in.
Did not care it's 2 hours for me to drive there.
Previously they both had come back overweight and miserable. But even before they had seen me- they were on their leads and tails wagging, and looking very fit.
What more could I ask for.

Without doubt the most rude staff members / owner i have ever met.

I was going to drop off my dog for the night. I asked about the price and confirmed the details with my wife. I apologized and said that we hadent budgeted enough to let our pet stay the night. The staff member who was holding the dog on the lead at the time threw the lead at me aggressively saying "that's the price and has always been that price". I said "why are you mad at me? I'm not upset with you, i just haven't budgeted enough money". He walked off into the office aggressively saying "that's what it is, like it or leave" and literally slammed the door in my face, . If this is how the owners of pets (family members) are treated then I worry how the pets are treated?? The compound looks good and the price is fair, but the staff are a real worry.

A huge Thank You to Trevor and Pam, for so kindly taking such great and generous care of our three cats and dog when we had to evacuate due to the fires. It also gave us the chance to see the excellent facilities and wonderful care they take of all the animals in their care. We would be more than happy to return our pets to their care.

Kay the groomer there is the best! And my dog Stella was very well looked after on her 3 day stay.
