I have been going here for close to 2 years now for waxing and I have never had any problems! I have been to several different places for waxing and these girls are the best I have ever been too! Extremely friendly, professional, and have a lot of expertise in what they do! They are extremely gentle and are just great all round!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!! :) :) :) :)
This place is the best for waxing, i have been to nearly every beauty salon/waxer in my area and they are by far the best. they're fast and very painless considering some of the experiences i've had. the girls are friendly and are good at remembering you and what you like. i highly recommend them to anyone wanting a wax, especially if it's your first time.

True, if you consider the wax on you face before you've barely had a chance to say hello detailed!
I only wanted a tidy up of my eyebrows, but she took that to mean completely reshape them in a generic arch, completely ignoring their natural shape.
There was no mirror in the treatment room, nor was it offered before payment demanded.
