When I first moved here 3 years ago I tried a few beauticians but once I found Pampurrs I looked no further! Julia the owner is amazing! She is all about perfection and its always a great experience when I visit. Working in the hospitality industry I get asked a lot by visitors wanting to get treatments, I ALWAYS send them to Pampurrs. Now that they are expanding I can only imagine more services at reasonable prices with great service :)
Wonderful visit to Pampurrs Beauty Salon yesterday. Julia and her team looked after our group of four ladies in a fabulous manner. From the outset when talking on the phone I could tell that Pampurrs was a perfect fit for our group. All bookings were made by phone and I found I received great advice and Julia was able to offer flexibility so that our entire group was pampurred at all times. Thankyou so much for the complimentary cool drinks on arrival on such a scorching day. That was a lovely touch. I was a little concerned by some not so positive reviews however when shopping by phone many other salons fell way short of the mark. Julia is naturally friendly over the phone and has an understanding that excellent customer service from the beginning makes a difference. Well done girls we will visit again.
Just back from the best pedicure I've ever had. Thank you Connie. I'm used to excellent service in Sydney and didn't expect I would find anyone to do it as well as my regular beautician. I won't be saying this to her but your pedicure was much better than hers. My feet feel so young.
Also thank you Tanya for sitting down to chat with me. What a lovely generous soul you possess. Today is a bittersweet day for me but with your show of compassion and Connie's miracle hands my day will be that much brighter. Thank you.
I moved to Airlie Beach a year ago from Brisbane. After a year of having the same appalling service around this town time and time again, I have realized two things. Either I need to lower my standards for customer service and professional expertise even more than I have had to over the past 12 months, or I can do something about it by telling You, the paying customer.
I entered Pampurrs Beauty Salon yesterday, hunched over and in alot of discomfort due to the amount of knots and tension I have in my back, ready for a life changing massage and revitalizing experience. The Pampurrs team has reviewed the comments and asked the staff involved to report on it.The conclusions are that this is a malicious posting and is totally different to what actually occured for the following reasons.When you came to book you only mentioned a slight soreness in your back & shoulder areas,you had no problem with the stairs when taken down to the spa treatment room.You were introduced to your therapist ,who was ready for you ,and you were taken through to the treatment room,no wait at all!!.The therapist said you raised No soreness issues with her and even fell asleep for quite a while whilst having your relaxing massage.You left quite happy according to her and as you looked and sounded like a tourist she wished you a pleasant stay in the whitsundays. Sore ribs are a problem -what had you been doing-if the pain does not go away ,a doctors visit will be in order.To date ,you have not contacted the salon,and we feel that ...read more
