I recently had a party for my 5 year old daughter at Pam's ponies. From the day I contacted Pam first I found her helpful and professional .
We had 15 children doing led rides, with big smiles. The way she got the party organised, was great, everybody got a second ride. The staff and helpers were also very nice, and showed to be experienced with the children. Parents kept on saying to me "what a great place this was" and "what a wonderful idea a pony party is".
The party area was set up nicely. In addition, Pam placed also a table outside and chairs. It was a fabulous sunny day. Some parents sat inside to get cover from the sun, and some stayed outside, enjoying the big smiles on their children's face.
We all had a very memorable country/pony experience. Thanks to Pam and her Team.

Lovely ponies. Shame about them! Extremely rude from the minute we arrived and in hindsight should have left immediately but didnt want to let the children down. Screamed at our 4 yr old, called her a brat, no patience, clearly hated having to deal with young kids. When our little one said sorry bent over and in a VERY harsh tone said "I don't believe you!!!!" When our little one said she WAS sorry, they then yelled "your apology is NOT accepted and you are NOT welcome back!" All our 4 yr old said was that the horses were stinky.....?! Not the politest comment granted but she's 4!!!!! Way over the top, very rude and no idea how to deal with children. Don't waste your money unless you don't mind your child being verbally abused and emotionally traumatized for half an hour!!! Disgusting behavior. Time to hang up your reins?!
I remember your child saying all the ponies were stinky, then that I was stinky too, so told your child without yelling, not to come back. There is no way a child of this age could tack up a pony, or do around the world as you suggested in a later response to someone. I tried to teach your child, but just wasn't concentrating.
We may have just caught staff on a bad day but I am very disappointed with our 30 minute 'lesson'...staff did nothing for my daughter's confidence, after calling her a 'sook' we decided to call it after only 5 minutes.
Sad to see staff has lost passion for teaching beginners.
hi i am going to try and get a job there i great with kids but i need your help could you please make a list of thing i can do fix the place up if i get a job there??
Hi horse crazy girl, I clean up her party room, empty her aluminium can collection & keep her away from clients..!
Have a lesson plan that involves the child with their pony. Give the client the option to tack up with you or just ride. Play games to boost confidence; Around the world, Simon Says point to..., name the pony body part.
Advertising 'New instructor'may help with current status in the community. Visit local fate & markets with rides & 'pony pal time' so the kids want to see your ponies again & to get yourself known.
Consistency, reliability, punctuality & a shown of horsemanship & an eagerness to adapt to every child's needs.
I remember your daughter wanting cuddles from you constantly while on the pony, so we decided to stop. Also my party area is my undercover working area most days. That's why I have the photos to show how I present it whenever needed.
I have no idea who is Horse crazy Girl. They should have contacted me instead of you. My helpers when needed, are experienced, sensible, and capable of all tasks required.
