We visited Sydney on the weekend, and found some great eats close to our hotel, however this one was the most disappointing. Staff were unattentive, we practically had to jump up and down to draw attention to us standing at the door. They then seated us for lunch and it took almost 20 minutes to receive a menu, another 25 minutes to receive a coffee, and and an hour into the experience, our lunch hadn't still arrived. When enquiring, we were told that it hadn't been put through yet, that the waiter forgot. The manager wasn't really that apologetic, so we said, cancel it and left. We left in a terrible mood out of desperation for food. The staff didn't seem to care. We went downstairs to Perrita and it was great. I wouldn't recommend Pannama house to anyone.
