Panarottis Pizza & Pasta

Had dinner with my 9 year old daughter we ordered for a portion of chips and a glass of water (during our meal) the chips came first, water was not served. While paying at the counter advised the manager regarding the issue she said "its not my fault your daughter is choking" another male was serving at the bar (happened to be the Owner) overheard the conversation and murmured why do you people come here!

I used to like their pizza, but now the quality of the food has changed. Sloppy pizza, not enough toppings, not made well for the price you are paying. After the long wait, it wasn't worth it.
However the staff were nice and welcoming which was nice

Went here last night with my daughter just to get a bowl of pasta. Kids meals while cheap would only satisfy a child under 5 as they are tiny. My meal portion size was also on the small size for the price of it. Spaghetti had a plastic sort of taste as well. All in all quite disappointing and wouldn't recommend or go there again.

They reduced the size of their lunch special pizzas, and it no longer includes a drink for $13....they used to be worth going to. I won't be returning until their value improves again.

After ringing and confirm we would be 15 mins late the staff gave our table away. We were 13mins late. Staff was rude and basically said if your not there on time then it's too bad. With no apology we were told to wait till a table is available. Table service was poor too. Am starting to think this country has a real problem servicing customers. It's like there paying me to eat there. Food was average and overall experience was poor. I would recommend saving your money than eating there.
