Client of Psychiatric assistance dog charity had horrible time there with staff becoming angry and abusive once client would not pick up her dog( which she legally does not have too)

Amazing shop and service tha tthis town lucky to have had for so many years. Great products and prices, just bought some more beautiful scarves and a cotton bedcover.. Can't say the same for some of the clientale shops in this town have to put up with. personally I think bad reviews are written by people with their own issues nothing to do with where they shop and eat. I think the owner of this store ishard working and really fun.

The most rudest person I ever met has anger issues. So rude unbelievable rude I can't believe someone like this owner is in customer service I know none of my friends and friends friends will shop her and I have many as a local. Should be shut down. They should have minus stars on here minus 20 out of 20

Amazing, Christmas shopping beautifully wrapped in store. Pandanus came through with the goods as always, great value and choice. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful at a busy time of year.

Having purchased at this store previously, I was intending to go back and spend a considerable amount of money on matching items this morning. However after the very snarly retort that I received from the owner as she was opening her store caused me to walk away. Nothing would entice me to ever walk in that store again.
