sometimes the service here is awesome! they can be helpful, and kind, and have great suggestions and are very happy to show you the newest charms.
other times i find the staff can be quite rude, and not want to serve you. i'm not exactly why, its very random times of the day that i could pop in here for a look at whats new - sometimes with kids, and sometimes with out. it could be the staff, or someone having a bad day with in the shop. however it does reflect - if this didnt happen i would have given it 5 stars.
i love the products, i love most of the staff in there too!
