This place has the feel of a streetside food stall in Malaysia - which has some definite pro's as well as a few things I think could be better.

The pro's -
Great food, a massive range, really delicious (the chicken skins are great to share, and it's a huge plate so don't order more than one!!), and just a nice place to eat;
The price was fantastic, especially as serving sizes were really ...read more

So glad this place came to Brisbane!
Highly recommend the indulgent treat of chicken skins - i could have had a whole plate to myself and then some!

Atmosphere has a slight 'sizzler' vibe to it but enjoyed the part of being able to take your own order with their tick system. At least you know it won't be written down wrong!

Can be a bit hit and miss with some food items but that just comes down to new flavours for me. Loved the drinks also - you have to try the tea/coffee - a mix between tea & coffee that definitely messes with your head!

Best place to go in the city for anyone who likes Malaysian. Inside the wintergarden so a nice location. The fried rice noodles were amazing and staff were lovely will definitely be back again.

love love love PappaRich. So glad it has come to Brisbane because there's nothing else like it here. Love the iPoh noodle soup - with the strong prawn broth and light rice noodle.

Their hainan chicken is cooked til tender and it's well seasoned.

The laksa is very good and tasty and portions are so big - I could eat it for another 3 (small) meals.

And of course you'll have to get the teh tarik or cham (tea and coffee) as they're essential to the malaysian cuisine experience.

Wish they open til later like a true mamak, but all in all it's an awesome place.
