PappaRich

This was our first visit to a Papprich Restaurant and we weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The place was very busy at lunchtime on a Sunday which I took to be a good sign. We were promptly shown to a table and given menus which are quite extensive. We must have look a little bewildered so passing wait staff showed us the ordering system of writing down the menu item number on the slip of paper and when ready to buzz the buzzer for someone to take our order. This was pretty straightforward and easy. Prices looked ok but I was expecting it a tad cheaper given that it's marketed as a "hawker food restaurant". Regardless we ordered a couple of menu specials and the chicken satay sticks. The chicken curry with roti, sambal and dhal doesn't look the most appealing but the roti was divine and the chicken was ok.
