Okay. I ordered through eat now and a few things went wrong. Firstly the estimated time of arrival and the actually time of arrival was very different, however the delivery boy was really lovely so you know. Fine. Secondly, everything was cold. Like deadly cold. So naturally i called the store to get the problem rectified. The young girl was speaking to someone in the store throughout the phone call about what to say to me and then offered me a refund because they "couldn't send anything else out." Okay. She then retracted the offer when i accepted and said she'll talk to get manager.
The conversation ended but i was left wondering if i had actually gotten a result so my partner called. She was met by another employee who spoke with attitude and in an aggressive and degrading nature. It was unbelievable! ...read more
