Went out to dinner for a birthday, from the start the staff were useless! The dont even offer a bowl of xhips to share on the table so we ordered a number of kids nuggets and chips but they sent fish and chips instead! The main meals didnt even come out in order let alone at the same time. We didnt even get 2 kids meals, had to ask again forthem and then by the time they came out one was asleep. Dirty dishes left on the tables. When you deliver a meal check all tables and take dirty dishes back to the kitchen, then there was the salt and pepper squid with lemon aoili but the aoili doesnt come on the plate, no you have to go to the salad bar to get that! Table of 25 walked out completely dissapointed and ready to spread the word.

No stars for Fathers Day lunch.

Staff refused to warm up a drink. They had not enough cutlery and my meal was cold after waiting for a set. The manager refused to come out of the kitchen to listen to a customer complaint. This used to be a nice place. What's happened.

Paradise hotel has seen many changes over the years, from when it had a St Tropez room, which later changed to a gaming room. These days its a friendly local hotel with good meal specials and a fantastic dining room area. Its recently been updated and new owners are now in control of the hotel. Front bar is always good for a shot of pool or a game of darts, and there is a gaming room with nice relaxing couches if thats your thing. You can also book accomodation at this hotel as there are rooms upstairs.

And if your party is to be had at home, there is the bottle shop which has a good range to save the day, however its wine range can sometimes be a bit poor.

Great for a meal on the weekend and a relaxing beer.
