Nice value for money resort. We stayed here for a 4 nights and didnt have any issues. Its nice and peaceful near the beach so you dont need to take your car out or hire a cab to visit the surfers neighborhood.
The only problem we had was with the pool. On the booking.com website where we booked it, it said they have a heated pool but it isnt. it was even more disappointing because the jacuzzi/spa was closed too.
Overall happy with the service and the hotel.
A nice location, central to all things in Surfers' Paradise. Quiet resort, even though it is one of the larger ones around. The highlight of the stay for my family was the pool area. A larger pool than in other resorts/major hotels - and simply a relaxing place to sit around, switch your phone off, and pick up a book. The rooms have balconies off them, although ours only looked over the carpark - so I would opt for the other side of the building next time. Very large reception area, and a friendly check-in.
