Paradise Isles

The place is located conveniently close to the Surfers Paradise and has lot of small cafes and takeaways nearby. Good place for a short stay .



Full contained kitchens are a plus.

we thought we would give this place 1 more try, 2 see if the service improved. sorry 2 say it didn't, in fact it was worse. Rooms are OK but if U don't feel welcomed as a guest, what's the point of staying there.



We lacked privacy because the balconies are 2 close together, the water pipes are loud so U hear when any1 above turns on a tap, and they apply charges for absolutely everything other than sleeping in the bed & swimming in the pool! Would not recommend Paradise Isles

Yes a Good location & great facilities but it's not all about location & price. Customer service lacks alot here. No smiles @ reception greet U, just stone. A friendly smile doesn't cost anything but in this case would have made my stay positive & memorable. except now I leave with a bad taste due 2 their arrogant & rude approach 2 their customer. I hope they can realize that the customer pays the bills!

Just left there this morning , really didn't want too , people very easy to get along with and all amenities where perfect,Made our holiday exactly as we wanted it.
Easy stroll across the bridge to the heart of Surfers Paradise where all you could want is available , great little eateries on Chevron Island all offering well priced meals and happy friendly staff
