We've eaten here several times and always enjoyed the experience. Yesterday however we were unfortunate enough to meet a female waiter, a Filipino or Thai woman, whose attitude seemed to be that she was in charge and we were there at her invitation. She never smiled, never said boo, let alone hello. When my wife asked politely for a couple of take-away containers (because our lunches were so delicious and big) she brought them wordlessly to us and tossed them onto the table, then left her to scrape the food into them. What a pity such a fine establishment employs such a terrible person.
Yeah the food is pretty good, the prices are very good and the extensiveness of the menu is excellent. Sometimes the staff are a bit superior. When I go there with my family the staff are nice, but when I go with my friends (a bunch of very sensible 17y/o's) the staff seam to hurry and almost 'hate' us. O-well :(
I dont know there is something I am not sure about with the Paragon. I lived in Goulburn for 18 years and only went to their on a few occasions and each occasion I felt uncomfortable.
The food was never flash and their thickshakes were not thick and all and quite viscous. The staff seemed to have an air of superiority. And it smelt weird. Sorry
