Paragon Fitness Centre

Paragon fitness is a fantastic gym! Modern equipment, huge weights and cardio area, women's only area, rpm room, wellness room and a big group fitness area. Classes and instructors are fantastic, staff are very friendly and the personal trainers are the best!

I walked the 2.5 kms to the gym all set to sign up and start immediately Hence the warm up walk, well firstly I had trouble finding the entrance, It looked like the day care entrance so I wandered around past the window while 2 employees watched me with my look of confusion/back pack on! I did a lap of the building then saw a guy with gym bag so followed him from the car park to the entrance again making eye contact with the same 2 employees, I approached the counter and the staff behind the counter turned away ignoring me I was the only one there,I picked up a schedule off the counter and sat in the corner window seat to read it,looking at said staff NO response I then put it back on the counter they attended a young mum and continued to ignore me NOT EVEN A HELLO I read the wall chart for classes looking at the staff again they clearly didn't care I thought the staff who came out of the child care room was going to attend me when they finally arrived but again ...read more

The facilities at Paragon are great. The staff and trainers are always friendly and available to help. The prices for memberships are definitely reasonable compared with other local gyms.
