If you want great service, friendly advice then DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your valuable diamond/ gold/ jewels to Paragon. I took my $25K white gold diamond ring to have a polish and rhodium plated, after getting it home I noticed a slight stain mark on my ring. I tried polishing it but I can still see it (only under natural light ie: in the sun). I went back to the Jewelers to make sure that it was OK, under the sparkly lights in the shop the stain was not noticeable, BUT I can see it. The spoke to the male staff and he must have thought that I was an idiot because he made me feel very unwelcomed and as though I had no idea what I was talking about. After 20 mins of talking with him, I felt as though my business was not welcomed there and that they were too good for me. I was not impressed. Never going back there. The service and quality was below par for me.
