WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They ruined my eyebrows, made one of them look incredibly thinner than the other and mangled. I seriously can't believe they do celebrity eyebrows considering the horrible mess they made of mine! It took 3 months for my eyebrows to be restored back to normal. When I was visibly upset the staff completely ignored it and said nothing. No apology. Rude people, horrible service. Avoid like the plague.
I AGREE!!!....I had exactly the same experience. They completely destroyed my eyebrows by making them too thin. They have taken almost a year to grow back. I told them I wasn't happy and it was obvious they couldn't care less.
