Anna has a real depth of knowledge and is highly skilled. I would highly recommend her sports massages for taking away those everyday stresses and strains as well as treating sporting injuries. And Brett has been true to his word and worked his magic on my knees. He's not only kept me on the netball court but I'm now pain free when I thought I would be forced to stop playing.
I've been seeing both Anna and Brett for all of my sports recovery needs on a regular basis for some time now, and I cannot speak highly enough of their respective skills. Both take a genuine interest in the patient, their requirements, and their recovery goals, and this is very evident in the highly personalised level of service offered. Keeping my body functioning optimally for competition is a huge part of competing well, and the team at Paramount play a huge role in ensuring I'm in peak condition every time I race. Anna has been my remedial massager for the last four years and is excellent at diagnosing and assisting in the recovery of both everyday issues and sports related injuries.
