I have been a loyal customer for 10 years even before it's current position. Sadly the owner syed only values money over his clients. Marco is away on leave so I was charged $50 for a haircut and trim. I don't mind the money but when you have paid $35 over the past year and the owner argues with you at the counter that's not good customer service.

Train your staff or manage your business properly don't blame your customer because you are not a good manager. At least you should have charged me $35 and sort it out with marco when he comes back but no you have no management skills or how to deal with a issue professionally. been going to get my hair done by Seyed the owner for years now, good man. very experienced as are all the staff who've ever done my hair. i go with my wife who gets hers done by Susan, have yet to leave without grins on our faces!

i'll be honest i'm very picky about how i like my hair done, but they're AMAAAAAAAZIIIIIING. friendliest staff who knew exactly how to style and hydrate my damaged hair. the products they recommended were perfect for me. definitely coming back! it was definitely value for money absolutely loove them you can tell they knew what they were doing

How are these people allowed to run as a business? Dont waste your time or money... I have been to these people plenty of times and always pay the same price for the same wash and blow dry. Last week however, I looked at my receipt and realised they charged me DOUBLE the price!! I thought it was a mistake but when I called back, they said it was actually a discounted price!! I asked to speak to the management who didnt call me back and I finally got a hold of them 5 days later, who yelled at me for most of the call and hardly let me speak. So frustrating how they make up their prices as they go, not caring the customer. Never again!!!

The staff that cut my hair today was extremely rude, ignored my instruction to use the clipper number 2, using the #1. When I said it was wrong and not what I wanted to do on my own hair, they raised their voice saying that I didn't know what I want and they were experienced enough to know what is best for my hair. Rude, rude, rude! Don't waste your time and money!
