We were charged more for a pizza with 3 toppings than the special with 8 toppings, even though the 3 toppings were part of the 8 toppings that formed the 'special'. When queried why it cost more (unfortunately we had already paid) we were advised, "Because we chose the 3 toppings the pizza was therefore a 'customised pizza' thereby attracting a premium". We argued that it would have been cheaper for us to have purchased the special and picked-off 5 of the toppings we didn't want leaving the 3 we did want. They agreed but still did not wish to discuss or offer to adjust their pricing, nor when we advised we would not use them again, did they seem to care!?
This is an establishment best ignored unless you like your graft on the malevolent side.
