Park Avenue Medical Centre at 3 Kingdom Drive, Cranbourne, VIC 3977... where all the Doctors are very experienced & helpful. I have been attending this clinic since 2007. I will give 5star & recommend this clinic for every one.

Staff and doctors are inhuman. They couldn't spend 2mins to sign up a declaration. First the reception said the doctor is fully booked then she said i can get you a walk in appointment, then while waiting she comes back and said sorry doctor fully booked you can get an appointment the next day. We've been going there for about 7 years but the doctor couldn't talk out 2 mins juat to sign. Not sure if receptionist fault for telling us wrong information or doctors fault. Wel told them our urgency but like they could care less

Worst doctors ever. Filthy environment. Rude Doctors. Receptionist are bad at data entry. They make you feel like your an inconvenience. Never returning again.

I have seen a few doctors here but I highly recommend Dr. Ali. Very thorough, kind, professional, an listens to you. I have a 7yr old an 3yr old who will only see him, who he is great with. His times are great, never keeps you waiting an if you're kept waiting someone is obviously in need of his attention. My 5 stars are to him

I stopped going here a year ago. I had to go there yesterday as my Drs surgery wasn't open. The moment you walk in, it is still dirty. I refuse to sit on the couches. The staff are still rude. Thankfully I only had to go there for anti-biotics. As for the Doctor I saw, rude, rude, rude. Could not wait to get out of there. This place seriously needs to clean up its act.
