Park Beach Family Practice

On a couple of occasions my wife has had to cancel her appointment at short notice because she has been too ill to attend the practice.
On one occasion we simply forgot the appointment. I insist this only happened once. We are conscientious people and we don't simply not turn up.

I requested a five minute appointment to simply get a repeat prescription and told the reception staff that upon booking. I arrived on time for my appointment, waited 55 minutes, spent 3 minutes with the doctor and was charged $65. I am a full-time student and mother of two but I don\'t have a health care card. No consideration was made of this. I will NEVER return.

Excellent Service. Friendly Staff. Great Doctors.
