Park Hill Medical Centre

Very BAD medical centre, very poor quality staff, extremely rude, very long waiting times, customer service is terrible, have to agree not worth wasting your time coming to this medical centre, might try Narre Warren Medical centre next time or one of the many better medical centres in Berwick, will NEVER come back to this place ever. Terrible!

wow what an amazing difference new owners, new staff all very professional now .The doctors are very attentive with 2 new female doctors who can do share care maternity ps I know where i am going for my next pregnancy ,they are lovely.Dr Becker is still working so that is the best news.thanks again.....

Not worth wasting your time, long waiting periods, short consultations. Customer Service at reception terrible, personal phone calls more important than the customer. Try elsewhere...

Don't bother. Bad customer service, long waiting times, no empathy whatsoever. Staff don't care. Was really good in the past but gone downhill really fast. Waste of time, find another doctor.

Already waited over half an hour, and ppl before me are still waiting. Reception is rude.
