Ordered a coffee. half an hour later still waiting. An hour later I re ordered and it came this time. But luke warm. parking is an issue and Valet parking is NOT as professional as it should be but I will give them another chance to get it right. Inside staff were friendly but not as attentive as they could be.
Visited for High afternoon tea, looks great but just doesn't deliver. The service was slow at best and the food was not up to the standard you would expect. After complaining to management invited us for a complimentary return visit, it was worse than the first time. A real dissapointment, cannot recomend.
The best hotel I have stayed in. The best thing about this hotel (aside from the Day Spa) is the great deals they constantly have available on their website. If you get a massage at the day spa you also have full use of the tea room, pool, gym and steam room/sauna. Considering all of this, its a great experience and great value for money!
