would not book it again, parking at the airport is so easy and not that much dearer. The girl taking us to the airport was lovely but coming home we arrived in after 10pm and even though we had previously contacted them that day and they said they monitor flights, we had to text some number on arrival. We text and heard nothing, ten minutes later we tried to phone and no answer. We text again and got a phone call at 10.30pm saying they would be with us in a few minutes, at 11.00pm we were collected. Drove like a mad man. My advice is dont do it.
Stay away. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. We were abused by the female staff because we questioned how long she expected us to sit in the dirty van we were picked up in. Then was expected to endure smart remarks on arrival at depot. Then received a threatening text message accusing us of criminal damage and matter was being reported to the police. Never again. Will choose nearby professional business next time.
I agree. Unhinged proprietors who are irrational illogical and abusive. If i could unlive todays airport transfer i would. 20 mins of my life i'll never get back.
