I have tried to contact this company on several occasions regarding a problem I have with one of their product. Unfortunately I am unable to contact them when I ring the only number available to the public. Either they keep hanging up on me or they have a serious phone line problem or they are not interested in customer service on their products. The sales outlets of the products (B.B.Q's Galore) also seem to be hesitant in providing consistent information regarding this product and who's responsible for it's repair.
