Dr Chung's aim is to be at the leading edge of dental techniques and technology. His real passion with his dentistry is to be able offer his patients in Port Lincoln access to dentistry's latest treatment options at a level that is equal to anywhere available around the globe.
Dr Chung invests heavily in the the very latest technology available and backs this up with ongoing regular attendance at Australia's leading conferences for dentists. The techniques he is particularly enthusiastic about are Cosmetic Rehabilitation, Implant Restoration (since 1993), Cerec CADCAM Ceramic Reconstruction (since 2002), Computer Guided Implant Placement (since 2007) and most recently 3D Conebeam Treatment Visualisation(2012).
Preventative dentistry aims to stop dental problems beginning, whether it is tooth decay or gum disease. The best place to start prevention is at home with a sound, tooth friendly diet and good oral care. With this in mind we aim to ensure our patients are fully informed about all that is required to care for their teeth and gums.
