Nothing better than going to the butcher and having the particular meat you want cut freshly for you. This is the reason I love this butcher, you can get exactly what you want and the freshest produce. The butcher here is friendly, helpful and will be willing to grab items from the back and have it carved just for you. On some Saturdays you will find a sausage sizzle at the front with all their homemade sausages. The smell is enough for you to walk in.
