My family stayed in this apartment the place was really dirty we were left on the spot as everything was booked out in Ballarat so we had to stay there the management offered me $100 to clean the place the money l never got from them .They told me the cleaners had cleaned it just before we came the place looked like it had not been cleaned at all . The cupboards and fridge was full off old food the management seen stove very dirty The grass out side was very high the table and chairs were very dirty ,full of spider webs the patio needed a good sweep we had grape vines hanging down poking us in the head they were supposed to be up high . The kettle was so dirty all you could taste was rust l asked for a new kettle never got one the pots and pans were also very dirty the frying pan handle that old just fall off lucky it didn't burn l had to wash every dish in the place before we could use anything The management seen the unit was in a bad state in side ...read more
