Parkside Towbars

Rude and did not know accurate information on their products. I had an item fitted and asked for a measurement so that i could have a custom part made by another supplier. I used the measurement supplied by the manager and it was incorrect. The managers response was "too bad" have another made the correct size. When i asked them to correct the problem they caused he just laughed and turned his back on me.
Pay more ANYWHERE else and get professional service

So after having a horrible experience down the road at Auto Extra where I booked my car in only to have them not even start the job when it was supposed to be picked up, I booked my car in at Parkside. What a big mistake that was!! After finding out both companies are own by the same entity, I should have run a mile... but I stupidly didn't.... When I booked the car in originally, I specifically asked for a ribbon tail connector, which is the one you can hide in your boot when not in use. Then when I dropped my car off I confirmed it again. I came back at the prescribed time to find the job completed which was great, however only to see they had put the 7 pin connector on the bumper which is exactly WHAT I DIDN'T WANT!! Visited the Osborne Park branch, advised the job would take 60 minutes, tops 90 minutes. 2.5 hours later, it was done. Installers blamed receptionist for not knowing the car had a European platform - surely their ordering/booking system would identify this?!
