Fairly pleased with their service, the reviews on this page seem old. I have had only good experiences from these people. I have litteraly used all their services, sales property management, insurance naqd depreciation schedules. People are to quick to critisise I think.
Very unprofessional.
They got literally everything wrong that they possibly could. Losing documents, ignoring emails. Even minor repairs took up to 3 months. Had to get Consumer Victoria involved even for simple things like getting a signed copy of the tenancy agreement and condition report. Very arrogant behaviour. Lot of hassle, nothing positive at all.
And all of that was within less than 4 months of renting with them.
Worst real estate agents I could ever imagine.
Worst move in experience ever.
Been in the house for a week, still not connected to power.
Said there is air conditioner and heater, never see such a thing.
The person answering my call has been arrogant and disrespectful. Does not seem to be capable to help me in anyway but just to be harsh.
