We have not been able to book for the massage bought from Scoopon, valid from March. I called the first time and was told you haven't received the list of voucher numbers bought so weren't able to book us in and that we were to call back. So we left it for a couple of weeks and called back but was only rudely told that they only take bookings via email now. So email was sent 7th May 2012 till now we haven't heard anything back, we also left messages on their voicemail.
The reason you put a special on Scoopon is probably so that you can gain exposure and increase your business so why don't you provide the service by responding to your customer's calls, voicemails and emails who are wanting to book. After reading some of the online reviews by other dissatisfied customers its no wonder you need help.
I really don't want to even come in for the massage, so when you do finally respond you better give us the refund!
absolutely agreed! i cant get a booking either, and when i got the booking, the service was so bad!
I came here to complain about the same thing. I've been emailing through the website's contact-form, and therefore don't have history of when I emailed them, else I would follow up on how many times I have tried to contact them. I have also rung and the number advertised on their website was disconnected. I called the mobile number numerous times and it was never answered and no one ever returned my calls. Very disappointed, would not go there again. Will instead go to the Thai massage place across the road.
Terrible service. Bought deal with Scoopon. Waste my time. Everytime want to book, none answer the phone and no answering service available. After few months, manged to book but it is fully booked. P_lease do not buy voucher for this business if you do not want to lose your money and waste your time.
