Parrahills Appliance Repairs

Peter came to repair my fridge. He was punctual and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars with his diagnosis and advice. I would definitely recommend Peter and will be calling him for other appliance repairs.

Peter turned up when he said he would, was very professional, honest with the issues and fixed my fridge. He even recommended some maintanance I could do to stop the issue coming back. Really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Peter!

Our fridge broke down just before the important Christmas season but ParraHills came to the rescue.
They are incredibly transparent with their costs, prompt in their arrival and very polite and courteous. They came over, assessed the fridge, and within 1 hours had fixed the issue. I coudlnt'recommend them more!

I was going to replace my washing machine before a mate recommended Parrahills. They came out a couple of hours after I called (I live in Manly) which was great as I am rarely at home during the day. They made the repairs in no-time and at great-value parts and labour. I haven't had any issues since (10 months and counting!). I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate in using their services in future,

I had a bad experience with the management of Parrahills Appliance Repair. Over the phone I told them that the Evaporator fan of the refrigerator was not working and needs to be replaced and asked for a price which they refused to tell over the phone. They came on a $50 service call and told me that it has to be replaced and the cost of the fan would be $95 and the final cost would be $200...I argued that the original fan is worth $65 and how they calculated this $200 figure to which they say that they were 21 yrs of experience and knows what they were doing and then they agreed for a discount only if i pay $180 cash and without the GST...which was a complete ripoff.

I sent them back and prefer to call someone genuine for the repairs.

Would never ever recommend.
