Parramatta Prestige Auto Centre

Checked out a car, needs 60 point check. Has anyone purchased, been unhappy and gone to court? I like the car im looking at just not sure if this is the real deal, mileage high, promised nothing wrong with car. Customer Service is shocking, especially walking in, its like disturbing their space. There's a coffee area like a little cafe set up but its not for YOU to enjoy it.

Please read before visiting this place:
I have an Volvo xc90 making a cluck noise every time putting in drive or reverse mode.
I took my car for problem diognose to this place and also did a regular service with these guys.
They quoted me $1500 to fix the problem and I said as long as the noise will be gone can proceed.
I picked up my car from here and paid the bill.. 3 days after the noise came back and I took the car back again to double check the car..

This time they said driver shaft also needs to be changed and they asked me to go to driver shaft specialists in greenacre (bob) Very nice guy.

I took the car to Bob and Bob checked the shafts but there was no problem with that neither. But he had to charge me for Labour ($150).

Just not reliable place to get your car fixed..Don't trust their speciality....Don't trust their WORDS !!!!

I have visited several times and am always disappointed. Bad service. Slow service. Don't have the parts they said they did over the phone. They are expensive too.

I have visited this business on 3 occasions and have found the staff to be extremely helpful and the prices to be rather reasonable. On one occasion , the part was wrong and when I rang about it I was told that the correct part would be sent to me and to drop the wrong one back next time I was nearby,whether it be 3,6,12 months time. I cannot think of any way to fault the service .

I arrived at their premises today, a Saturday morning ( their website says they are supposed to be open) and walked into the reception.Staff was sitting behind the desk filling out some paperwork - it took them 60 seconds to even acknowledge I was there. When I asked if they could help me out with a part for the car they followed me out to the car park, waited for me to open the bonnet, then waited for me to explain what part I wanted and then just said "can't help you, we're closed - none of the parts guys are here". They then literally turned their back without saying anything else and walked back into the building. I was left standing there open mouthed - astounded that they can get away with treating customers rude.



Absolutely terrible customer service.
